BARBZ,
Make sure you LOG OUT of your account while streaming. It will only count as one if you are logged in no matter how many times you watch it.
Make sure to stream 30 SECONDS!
Be careful with auto refreshers, YouTube and Billboard have said they know when they are in use and don't count the plays.
