Ayo, they could never make me hate you
Even you what you was doing wasn’t tasteful
Even though you out here looking so ungrateful
I’mma keep it moving, be classy and graceful
I told ‘em it's no friends in the game
You ain’t learned that yet
All the bridges you came over, don’t burn that yet
n*ggas want respect, but n*ggas ain’t earned that yet
Self-righteous, and untitled
But they swear it on a bible that they love you
When they really they’re no different from all your rivals
But I still don’t wish death on them, I just reflect on them
Because people who hate Nicki are always trying to dismiss her as a pop artist wrapped in a pretty hip-hop bow, and that's not the case. If Drake released this song, or if Eminem released this song with a female singing the hook, no one would be calling it a pop song. That's my point. But because it's Nicki, it's easy to throw out the rapping and just look at the hook.
!!!
This is more of a hip-hop song than The Monster and Hold On, We're Going Home

Yeah but Eminem would never use Dr.Luke as a producer. This song´s production is very pop-friendly. Its obvious that Nicky wants to smash both on urban and pop radio. And there will be always a clash about this. Fanatic urbans may not like this song too much. In the same way fanatic pop fans wouldnt like hardcore rap song from her.
