LIU was produced when she went to RedOne... they did OTF, Dance Again and Live It Up (both written by Enrique)

Live It Up was done in late 2011, around the same time she did Dance Again.

It was produced by the same team who did Nicki's Whip It, which is why it sounds like it could have fit on PF:RR. Pitbull didn't actually get on it until Feb 2013. He actually wanted the song for himself, but Red said Jenny had already done it.
