Was it even confirmed that it'd be out for pre-order on the 19th? I checked the Ryan Seacrest article and it said "in the next coming weeks".
She only released 2: I Luh Ya Papi and First Love.

Yes but "Live It Up" was not meant to be the lead single from the album. Why would they release a lead single in May if they wanted to release the album after November 2013? It was a song her label basically forced her to release. She said it in a Jay Leno or Jimmy Kimmel interview (I forgot which).
But either way, that deadline was for the album she was recording at that time with RedOne and Afrojack (which was eventually scrapped after the lukewarm response to Live It Up).
Had more radio play too! True impact.
