I think if it was only her decision we'd get way more than we do. I mean, didn't she say once she likes to release the deluxe version in between albums so fans get something while she's working oh her next LP? I don't think releasing all Zinepack/Deluxe/normal editions at the same thing is her decision, it's mostly for first week sales.
