I wonder if ESPN originally reached out to Wayne for the cover and he passed it on to Nicki? I mean, it's not like it couldn't be true since YM constantly passes stuff around to each other (features, music, etc.).
I always thought it was weird that they went for Nicki over someone like Wayne or Drake who both are more active in showing their love for sports. (Not saying Nicki hasn't shown love, of course.)
