I really do think this is the case. Especially since she said things like "I'll be back really soon!" at her Berlin show...just seems like with the next tour it's going to be International first/North America last.

I know Taylor can sell out every show I'm not doubting her but I pretty sure it's a known fact that she and her team are "scared" that the public might get sick of her, hence why less tour dates and more time at home to work on the next project.
That's only my opinion though.
