Come on Peeps let's be real.. Taylor's team is tipping off the Paps. This is NYC, not LA. They're not following her in a car. They just happen to know she's going to be at the bookstore or the flower shop in another part of the city? It's not like all the photos are after she's leaving, some are when she arrives.
Now, I do think the photos outside her apartment aren't pre-planned, they're waiting for their prey.

as much as i agrih that the paps are lowkey planned, i've seen paps follow cars on their bicycles (it's actually easier to get around the crowded/trafficed city on bike), so i very much belieb that they could follow her. especially with how difficult it is for cars to find parking or to even stop in front of a desired location, the paps have plenty of time to dismount and prepare themselves before celebs even have clearance to leave the car

i didn't ask them about Lord because a) they were walking somewhere and if i were out the line for too long someone would have taken my place, b) it wasn't like i was gonna ask for a photo with them because that would be random, so i felt like starting an impromptu Q&A would be awkward, and c) they look super young in their music videos, but in person they look even younger (and shorter), so i said hello and said i liked their music (ive only heard 2 songs), and that was it, because anything more would feel like they would need parental supervision to speak to a 6'3" 21 year old
