No Air is a great song..I agree the video isn't that good but the song is not bad by any way.

The video isn't epic or anything, but I think it at least deserves a nomination. It's simple, not complex, and Jordin and Chris look stunning in it.

At the end of the day you can have a great video, but it's the actual music in the video that counts.

I would rather crap video + good song, than good video + crap song.

I vote on video. Nothing to do with the song. THIS is why I hate these kinds of things. People think in a singing competition, you have to sing and have the look. (INCORRECT: It's a SINGING comp, NOT a looks comp)

And for VMA's... It's VIDEO not SONG. VIDEO music awards. I, personally, loved the No Air video and I think it deserves a nom in at least one category. Unfortunately, Bleeding Love's US video is just bland and I don't like it. I don't think it deserved a nom. However, if we were talking about the UK version, that one would deserve to win something. If it were song & video award, Bleeding Love should definitely win somewhere, but we're only talking video here.

It's all good but don't forget that you can just shoot a great video but if it doesn't fit the song's context that it won't work.
And if you hate the song you'll probably won't even check the video..It goes the same around about songs you like.
Buttom line is, if you love the song chances are you'll want to like the video...So the song does matter here.

That's not the case for everyone, though.
