Girl, it's no secret the Mansters cling to Gags to make them feel better about themselves and more comfortable in their own skills. Calling her names like "Mother Monsters" and associating themselves akin to some kind of freaks that deserve love, too.
That is/was part of her appeal to those people. She built a whole (sham) era out of it with a tore, with a BUS, and with mental counseling at her tores.
