Copy the post URL where it says "Post #xxx" (it's linked to on the upper right corner on desktop ATRL, upper left on mobile). In the URL it'll say something like "showthread.php?p=20916081#post20916081". Copy the number after where it says "post".

So the formatting for that post would be:
