All of Me is dying pretty quickly. It'll miss the #1 on the H100 at this rate.

In 10 years single sales will be as low as current album sales.

After last year's Q4?
We can only hope Taylor Swift and Adele save album sales this year.

All of Me lost its chance for #1, with it starting to decrease at the same rate/more than Happy.
I think Happy decreasing -10% even after an SNL performance shows something, though.

Even when I talk to other people who don't follow music as closely, we agree that there hasn't been very much interesting music lately. The music I've been buying for the past couple months has been largely been from the past and not the present.
And the best music that has come out this year just hasn't been able to catch on ie Coldplay's Magic.

Agree. 2014 has been pretty dead so far.

I agree. This is a permanent downward trend now (unless iTunes makes all songs 69 cents or something). A few pop girls releasing singles isn't going to save the downloads market.

I think this will be her (third ???) 6 million seller. Roar didn't hit that mark either yet, though, right?
Is Dark Horse the Poker Face to Katy's Just Dance, Roar?
