Don't miscontrue this though, the album hasn't sold 100M+ copies, it has sold 100M+ records. That includes single sales, video sales and album sales.
The album has sold 68-75M (including
Thriller 25 sales)
Single estimates are sketchy and vary: 22-36M (excluding ~3M
Say, Say, Say sales)
Girl Is Mine - 2.5M+
Billie Jean - 6M-10M
Beat It - 5.5M-8M
WBSS - 2-3M
Human Nature - 1-2M
PYT - 1-2M
Thriller 6M+
Video sales: 12-20M
Making of Thriller + Thriller Short Film VHS sales = 9-10M
iTunes have sales over ~10M for MJ digital videos, it's likely a large proportion of them are Thriller/Billie Jean/Beat It.
Other media like ringtones and music DVDs, etc likely account for 2-5M.
Thriller Record Sales: 104M-136M
(Guinness World Records had the total at 104M in 2006, before Thriller 25's sales and before the posthumous sales surge).

OT: Wooo Xscape! Hoping for something to get sent to radio next week, they need to start momentum going again now that the initial announcement hype is gone.
