It flopped regardless of it it had leaked or not. People simply weren't checking for him like they were with previous albums.
It's a weird thing, but sometimes leaks hype up albums. Keeping things safe is only good if you promote like crazy. At least people know you have something coming. But at the same time, it can backfire if its literally the same album and the timing is awful, like what happened to Beyonce's 4.
I wonder why Pitbull never made "Party Ain't Over" featuring Usher as a single... Usher killed the song. I'm a huge R&B fan but tbh Usher kills everything... people need to stop saying that he should just record R&B songs... he has an amazing voice and he's way too talented to stay in one genre.
