I don't know what her numbers were in her 30s but what I was trying to point out was that Madonna's most successful tours are her last ones when she had already established her legendary status. Bey has definitely the potential to do it.

Beyonce is going to do 300+ million this next tour. Mrs. Carter world tour was just the beginning. She will be doing stadiums next. I guarantee. The demand is there especially with this new album slaying. Babies to Grandma's want to see her. I hope she does some sort of Beyonce EP: the extended tracks or something and slays us with new stuff this late summer/fall to kick off the new tour.

Beyonce is the most respected artist of the newer generation imo. EVERYONE knows she can perform and willdeliver, so they know they'll get their moneys worth.

B is an incredible performer but she's doing the same thing again and again... i've seen all her dvd's, i've seen her Live... Madonna was INNOVATIVE with every tour... ain't no female performer who will surpass her touring numbers... NEVER EVER

exactly! Tina has "the biggest tour, by attendance, for a female artist ever, bringing in over 4 million people" (Break Every Rule Tour 1987-1988)

and with her next tour she broke the record for the most spactators in a European tour (~3 million people)

When Madonna was 30 she had only been on 2 tours, and the Who's That Girl World Tour was FAR superior to The Virgin Tour. Let's not discredit how far she came in those two years.

Who's That Girl World Tour - 39 shows $25 million gross

Her second tour was already doing stadiums and didn't sell about 2000 tickets from the 1,388,521 available.

Taylor slaying with 139 million+ with the show in Germany still not yet reported and the Asian leg not even starting.

Asian leg is so small though, I don't know why. The malaysia date sold out in like a couple of hours. Has the 02 dates for feb 10 and 11 been reported. Because if they haven't she has a good shot. If they have, she'll probably barely finish short.

I'm not trying to discredit her, but it seemed unfair to me to compare a 30 years old woman to a 50 years old woman, with the latter considered to be a legend and the indisputable Queen of touring. I think that Bey has the potential to reach that status.
