Katie I understand what you're saying but when a thread is moving at such a fast and haphazard pace, can you really blame someone for simply asking a question? There has been a lot of speculation over the past few days about a possible album stream. If someone logged on and saw the thread going crazy over new music, what's wrong with asking where it's coming from? How specific does our vernacular have to be? The intent behind his post was completely innocent. Maybe a warning or something would suffice? RudeBoyy never mentioned a leak or download link. He simply wanted to know where the music was coming from.

I understand that this is technically a legal matter but nothing in his post referred to illegal activities. It was pure curiosity from someone interested in Shakira's new music. Please reconsider this because he wasn't even hinting at anything that could be perceived as illegal

Got a warning point for "Circumventing the censor" - When all I did was provide a DIRECT quote by an artist, that has been discussed in threads here before. Not only that, but it's not as if I used the complete word, I censored it with an asterix. I didn't try to get around it with formatting.

I wasn't using it to curse anyone out or as an attack - Simply quoting what an artist said as an example to the point I was trying to make. This WP is ridiculous.

I'd like to suggest the use of common sense. That rule is obviously there to prevent people from attacking one another or artists with profanity.

Videos are posted on this site with the use of that word.

It was also a common phrase that was discussed at length here, so I doubt "**** you pop music!" would've been any different than what I censored, really.

I hope those people asking "who" on that Alexis Berry thread don't get WPs because no results show up on the internet. Some people are really desperate to punch people out. No, I was not one of them reporting or reported but seriously. ATRL needs to get its act together and report thing that matter. The report post system is being abused.

The last post linked to an album thread, thats stupid. Some news is big enough to stand aside from the album. This is a sequel from a song which is iconic and has been 1 in multiple countries. If this thread was "Madonna releases sequel to Like A Virgin" yet an album thread existed for her new album you wouldnt have closed it ffs.
