And you KNOW the price isn't her doing. Interscope probably shipped 1m or 2m copies in the US, and the retailers probably payed huge for it expecting massive demand. They should have started it low-average in the first place and they NEED to discount it now.

The direct fan interaction, competitions, etc. all sound like her lately. On top of the notifying fans before unlike Beyonce.. Gaga notified of a new release, but didnt say what kind of video/what songs/etc.

If its her, it needs to be a total new and different album, very commercial and stuff like that...

I'm not expecting it to be her, but I just won't be surprised. The single hasn't been confirmed by her - it's a huge stretch but it could be brand new. Even if it's not this could be a TF/M type deal, it could be an EP, it could be an album that she doesn't want singles for, etc. So while it's not incredibly likely it's not impossible, and seeing it as just that will prevent being expectant and subsequently being disappointed if it's someone like Nicki or Rih.
