I don't think summer is a good time to release. Aren't album sales usually low in the summer? I know other hiph-ho artists like J Cole, Kanye, and Wale released during the summertime last year, but Nicki's situation is different for obvious reasons.

If it's not out by May (which seems unlikely at this point) or very early June, she's better off waiting until Q4, as much as that would suck to wait for. In the meantime though, she needs to keep her hype up without cockteasing too much that people move on.

Nicki realizes that the pressure is on her to make a perfect album if possible, so she's not releasing early just for the sake of having an album out. It's for the best.

I'd say mid October 15 the week before and she can rely on the first month for her fanbase and buzz.
Then in November keep the massive promo up for amas emas and all.
