I agree tbh. Birthday is a smash. Loved it since the album leaked and still do. Perfect for Spring/Summer. And Katy mentioned in an interview she'll be inviting people on stage that have a birthday the week of her shows and then she'll sing Happy Birthday to them. I imagine that will be her prelude to "Birthday" during the tour. It just makes sense for this to be the next single.
