She said that it's LIKE AS IF SHE was working on a mixtape and an album at the same time, not that she actually was. She was referring to the fact that she had dropped three consecutive remixes in the time span of a month, which made it seem like she was going to drop a mixtape.
It's weird cause I never certainly thought they were, but after those pictures I've put 2 & 2 together.

She was at 17.3 last month, actually.
An artist rarely gains Twitter follows when they aren't in their era and not doing anything. She has 11M when she deleted her Twitter two weeks after RR came out, and she's gained 6M since then.
Miley is an example of someone who gained 7M followers from when We Can't Stop came out to now.
