Taylor is very popular in China (Had the second best-selling Western album of 2011 there. Haven't seen the 2012/list), Hong Kong and is absolutely huge in Thailand, Philippines (where she had a 9 times platinum album and other 4-6 times platinum albums there), Malaysia and Singapore. Her Asian shows sold out in Malaysia and Philippines in 2-3 hours (with the possibility of adding new shows due to huge demand), 1 hour in Indonesia and around the same time in Thailand.
As for Oceania, Gaga played much more dates to be able to gross that number. Taylor, busy working on her new album, decided to quit arenas, and, like Coldplay and Bon Jovi, played multiple stadium dates. No major acts plays multiple stadium dates in the same city in Australia.
Gaga was one of the biggest global acts a few years ago but the other girls have slowly taken away her markets. Taylor in Asia, Rihanna in Europe, & Katy in Australia.
Taylor might not have matched her gross in AUS but she sold out stadiums there (which is very rare) and i'm sure Taylors next tour here will outdo the Artrave (Like Prismatic is doing)

Excuses aside, I just mean in terms of overall Asian gross - Red isn't going to match BTWB's Asian ticket sales or revenue. I have no doubt she's still going to do extremely well there regardless, especially for someone many consider a local USA artist.

Bey's star will always be based on media hype that never delivers. She's built herself up so that she isn't famous for being a singer but famous for being Beyonce and famous for being married to Jay-Z. Her album sales have never matched up to the hype surrounding her and how "huge" she apparently is.
Her album won't come close to the sales of Red or TTAL, which is sad considering Bey is apparently the biggest star in the world.
