Beyoncé is one of those artists who know exactly what her career will look like in 5 years...

she's trying sth different to create interest in the next eras.

if she released her best album and made all the choreo for it her next era would have been dragged for being the same ****.

her fanbase is getting a lil bigger since superbowl/self titled, her focus this era is not choreo and gimmicks. she's creating a different atmosphere.

XO performance was on point. it was beautiful and simple. people loved it. the only performance which I regret a bit thus far is the grammy's one. she was too nervous and literally screamed during the 2 last chorus but it was good compared to her peers perf generally.

The problem is that most of her fanbase has set the bar too high for helself. we all need to stop getting our hopes high. she's BEYONCE and she knows what she's doing.

I love it but the way XO failed to hit Top 40 don't make me confident for a PH release.
