I’m totally pulling a ‘Leave Britney Alone’ move here, and saying — to all the haters out there who are criticizing her for lip syncing, it’s time to move on.
During a performance of “Alien” on Feb. 18, Britney Spears fans saw first hand that she wasn’t singing when the track played and the mic wasn’t even up to her mouth. However, who cares? You’re paying to see her entertain, and that. she. does. Let’s be honest, you weren’t paying to see her sing a ballad live.
Britney Spears Lip Syncing? So What!
Brit performs for about an hour and a half — not the longest show, but definitely not a short one, either. Should she be singing on stage? Maybe. But does she? No, never. I can say first hand [B]I’ve gone to multiple Britney shows knowing that I was there to see her put on a show, dance and be entertaining. And I left satisfied time and time again.[/B]

Throughout Britney’s Piece of Me show, she has numerous costume and set changes and extremely intense dance moves involving rings, fire, and — well, basically a Circus.

But both of the people in your sig are considerably worse than her. EXO are even notorious for lip-synching. Why are you holding Britney to a higher standard?

I'm so tired of people defending her. The dancing performances? okay fine, I don't care.

But when you don't sing and all you're doing is sitting down on a drum or hanging from a harness or walking to and from a chair or walking around the stage at the pace of DWUW's video release? c'mon. It's frustrating because I know she can do it, she just doesn't.
