I agree that Femme Fatale is better musically and is more polished, but Britney Jean actually has some personality and character. Some parts of Britney Jean might be but at least it has moments like Alien and Passenger where you actually get a glimpse of Britney, unlike Femme Fatale where it is almost impossible to find Britney underneath all of the Dr. Luke-ness. Britney Jean might not be her "most personal album" like she claimed, but at least there is some personality there.
