Two years since Whitney Houston's death, her friends are rallying together to help her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown continue the singer's legacy.
Reports emerged on Tuesday that the 20-year-old was being taken under the wing of her late mother's famous friends Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson.
Both the Hero star and the former American idol judge were close with the singer - who died February 2012 - and are keen to help her only daughter realise her dreams of being a singer.
The 20-year-old is, of course, blessed with musical genes - she is also the daughter of RNB star Bobby Brown - and has been singing since a young age.
A source told Radar Online: 'Mariah and Randy were close friends of Whitney's and were heartbroken after she died suddenly in 2012. They kept in touch.'
Randy, the source said, is leading the charge to get Bobbi Kristina into the music industry: 'Now Randy has decided he wants to make a full court press to help Bobbi Kristina become a star - and Mariah told him she wanted in, too.

I can't believe people are trying to shade Mariah's career. I mean, all her future singles could flop, and it wouldn't take away from her 18 #1s and 200M+ records sold. She already had her prime and epic comeback. She has nothing to prove.
Bobbi Kristina looks beyond help though. Them Brown genes are tough.
