The streaming has been strong which has kept it stable in the top 20 prior to this week; the performance increased that as well as the sales which accounts for the large jump.

idk it's not in the iTunes top 10. i didn't think streaming could help that much towards chart position along with it just being on urban radio.
don't get me wrong i like Bey & this song it just seems odd but i guess you don't truly understand how the hot 100 is determined unless you're the people behind it.
