She got pregnant during the final leg of the B2B tour and cancelled the last four dates in Australia. She may or may not cancel, but regardless she doesn't care about a random jazz festival.

I'm not saying I believe the rumor but I wouldn't be surprised. Her priority is her family. She hasn't been serious about her music career since 2007. And with good reason, she's accomplished everything she dreamed of. I feel like she prefers doing side projects (like Say Something) and making BANK on her perfume with the occasional one-off performance for one of her billionaire friends. She's probably making more money doing that than most young popstars.

I secretly hope she's pregnant because I know she wants a lot of kids. But the selfish part of me knows we won't get a new album or tour for a few more years. We'll see if this rumor comes to fruition...

That's true, she could still cancel it. And I agree entirely with your second paragraph. She probably makes a lot more money than most imagine.

Of course I would be happy for her if she is indeed pregnant because I know that would make her happy and that's always what's most important. But man, 2013 was such a good year for her. She's looking better than ever, is now (dare I say) more likable to the general public than she's been in years, and managed to find great success with FTM and currently Say Something. The reaction from the AMAs performance just tells me that people do want her to come back, that they miss her. 2014 could be an awesome year for her if she plays her cards right.

But we'll see.

I really don't think Christina would want to have another baby right now. I obviously don't know exactly how she feels but judging by all her interviews, she really loves giving Max all her attention and I don't think she'd like to be obligated to shift that attention between two children, not until Max is old enough to demand less care at least.

And as a fan, I obviously want her to have her big comeback first and then get pregnant. It's all about reputation. If she takes a long break after a successful era, it will be a lot easier for her to maintain her brand and come back a few years later than if she goes on a hiatus now, after 2 flop eras.
