Formatting isn't THAT learnable (which isn't a word FYI) but it comes with a lot of practice and you
need to already have an idea of what you're doing. You're telling me you would learn all these things for

This is ATRL, not University. Not to mention that English is not my first language; Does that mean you believe that nobody that doesn't know how to speak/write English well don't deserve to host a discography rate?
I can learn how to Format. I actually already know how to use ATRL formatting, it's just that I don't use it because it takes time. I never hosted a rate before, so I think it's only fair for me to do something like that, and I think it's unfair for you to tell me I can't do it because I am incapable of doing so.
