Cause I'm talking about the Pop (Top 40) radio update specifically, not the overall update. The overall update seems to be unaffected, probably because HAC/Rythmic stations were moved to the Pop panel instead, or something like that. No new stations were added.

So the Top 40 updates are inflated, the overall update isn't.
