But no, serious inquiry. When are we going to get mods that, oh I don't know, do their damn job efficiently.
And you see, efficiently is the key word here.

Do the job efficiently in what capacity?

The two that you're looking to get warned: the first one is borderline, but the second one was definitely flamebait. I warned the latter.

And if you're doing your job then I have no problem with you. There's a saying. If the shoe fits. My problem is the mods who gallivant through these messy ass threads getting their KIs here and there as long as it suites them and handing our WPs as long as it suites them.
KWORBe in SYG. And most of these Knee loving ass mods. Why someone get a WP for saying she doesn't work, but someone still hasn't been warned for calling Beyonce an ape? Racist ass site.

My man, calm down. We get it, you're frustrated with the activity level of some moderators on staff. The best course of action if you have complaints is to send in a HELP request, strictly directed towards the admins, Athens or JDM. They can from there review your complaint(s) and take whatever action needs to be taken to resolve the matter. Discussions could be had, reprimanding could occur, and so on. Sometimes, their schedules aren't as flexible, so expecting an immediate response would be unlikely.
You don't communicate your frustrations by coming out and trying to be all big and bad. The only thing you will do will just give that moderator even more reason to possibly dismiss you. Are moderators always right? NO! We don't always get it right or do things the correct way. We can accept feedback; I mean, we can't improve or grow without critical feedback.
