How come when I click "Reply w/Quote" it doesn't include what the original poster quoted in their post?  Is there anyway to fix that? 'cause most of the time I want to include what they've quoted but can't.
For example, Kitt's post above with the old rules on posting.

Oh, that's to avoid getting long ugly multi-quoted messages. It's one of the things here to make the browsing experience streamlined (like no images in signatures.)
You have to quote the original message manually in the quote created when you click "Reply w/Quote", but most people will understand what you're replying to anyway, even if it's just a quoted deadbanana/gif.

if a member has linked there photobucket/picture in post your pictures in public view are you allowed to use that picture as a gif/picture response as if its a google image picture.
(as long as its not a naughty pic/using it to shade the member/be mean about them? )

Nope, you're not allowed to do that because you would be sharing a personal picture without his/her permission, and that would get you banned.
