I hope they'll make it to #1, but I don't believe so. But then again, Roc Nation / Def Jam have their way of making singles go #1 so we never know.

The Voice live shows don't start until late April/early May and a performance would be beyond pointless then. The SB commercial isn't happening because a partnership with Pepsi would have been announced by now. Target commercials start airing a week or two before the album release so it would be too late for that, as well.
The song is bombing beyond belief on iTunes (struggling to remain in the top 100 barely ten days after release) + it's flopping on radio (getting 0.2 million updates.) A #1 doesn't seem within reach at all. I really think you should aim for top 20 first.
First of all, I never said I'm "aiming" for a #1. Secondly, I'm starting to think they're withholding the promo for the song because they want to wait until The Voice for promo. There's no formula for when a "song is dead", there have been examples and especially with Shakira of songs that got revived months after their initial release. We can't tell whats the final fate of CRTFY at this point, its all down to how the label will handle the single.
So far, I think CRTFY is bombing, and her label should give a little promo for it, well, at least to hold it up for sometime, at least to keep it in Top 100, because until The Voice starts, without any kind of promo and with minimal airplay, it will keep falling and it will be really hard to make it rise from ashes. Shakira's label should use the hype that was created by collaboration and give it a little promo here and there, because later it will be just too hard.
