Ashlee seems to not even care. And they might have big things for the new artists.
The way I see it: HUGE debut album, then the SNL disaster. Second album does horrible. Downloads are small, though they were good enough to hit the top 40 with the singles, and the album sales were horrible compared to the debut. Sooooo, now that they have Nelly being a success again and is very marketable, Mary of course has huge sells written all over her name, and Snoop having the mainstream fanbase, they see no point in keeping Ashlee since she's not selling albums / downloads and there is no longer interest in her, otherwise her singles would be flying up the charts even without the promo. For some reason she just never established that fanbase.
I'm sad cause I bought both her albums the days they came out, and support her, but now she's going down.
Anyways if this album is still released, I'm buying whether it flops or not.
Or only in 2 tops 40???
