Honestly that depends entirely on manufacturing costs and the retailer. If they're selling it through iTunes or somewhere where the bulk of the profit goes to the distributor rather than the label, it doesn't matter either way. If it's like a hard copy I can walk into a store in just my country and get, that's useful. But if you're asking if it's still "helpful" to buy imports - yes, anything is helpful. Even if it's only reflected on Hanteo chart rather than your local one, the label can still see where the sale was from and target events, promo, etc better.
Thanks that's answer everything I asked for and more
Happy Birthday Youngjae
Loved BAP's teaser

Why are so many K-Hip/Hop artists so pressed towards K-Pop artists?
I just listened to 'New Bap' by Kid Ash x G2 and it's cringeworthy.
They usually aren't pleased at the fact that "talentless manufactured idol groups" take over the industry when they themselves are more "talented", "try much harder " and "put on better music".
Kinda similar to how some people fume over Justin Bieber, 1D, the mainstream pop girls' success
[U]Hwayoung recently had an interview and talked about her T-ara days as well as how she would react if she ran into the members once again.[/B]
Quote:
She first talked about the one and a half year gap between leaving T-ara and starting to become active again under Wellmade StarM, "When I was promoting as a part of T-ara, I was so busy that there were multiple times where I slept in the car. That was the first time I got to rest after having such a hectic schedule before." However, no one knew how long this break would take.
Then, of course, her controversy with T-ara came up and she said without hesitation or awkwardness, "There is a saying that clapping only makes a sound when the palms are hitting each other. I did some wrong things, too, and there were parts in which I clashed with the T-ara members, but everything is okay now. While I took my break, I often looked back on enduring hardships with the members in the practice room and remembered the times we all promoted together. I hope we get to see each other again."
She continued, "Although our paths have now diverged, don't you think I might see the T-ara members again on variety programs or dramas? I hope something like that happens in real life. If something like that did happen, the first thing I want to say is, 'You can do it' because I know they're having a hard time. I also want to say, 'I'll see you at the top.'"
The shade is strong with this one
On T-ARA and her departure
Quote:
The interviewer then brought up the topic on everyone's mind - what went on during that controversial time with T-ara? Hwayoung commented, "It's true that the unnis (T-ara) and I bickered." On whether she spent difficult times with her leave, she responded, "I learned about my departure from the internet. I was really dubious. I was on the computer and I saw my name come up on the search term rankings, so I wondered 'What's this?' and looked. When I first saw the content, I was really at a loss and shocked... However, if I think back on it now, I can understand. The CEO (CCM) probably couldn't help but [make that choice]. He is someone that I'm grateful for and like a parent to me. He is one of the people that I want to repay when I achieve success."
Although you may have expected her to stay away from the internet and her computer during the days that followed the announcement of her departure to save herself the heartache, Hwayoung mentioned that she kept up to date with the situation. "Event then, I still went on the internet a lot. I don't think I avoided that kind of attention. There was a lot of support as well as hate. I think that time period was one in which I was able to once again reflect on my wrongdoing to mature."
"Hyoyoung was a source of big strength to me. She'd say to me 'There is no reason for you to be in pain, and you've been rapping too, so of course you'll be able to find something else to do and somewhere else to go.'" As Hyoyoung is still under Core Contents Media as a 5dolls member, when asked if there is any awkwardness about that, Hwayoung responded, "I do have some sad feelings toward the CEO, but there is no awkward feeling," as she smiled.
I can't believe she found out she was fired on the internet.
CCM are a mess, and it's not shocking she did fight with T-ARA. After the girls went on Beatles Code and claimed innocence... PFFFT... Messy.
I loved how she smiled when saying there's no awkward feeling towards KKS. She ain't scared of him!
On Nicole & her forming a duo
Quote:
During the interview with another media outlet, 'TV Daily', Hwayoung spoke on the rumors of her possibly forming a duo unit with former KARA member Nicole.
"I just came across the articles about me being in a duo with Nicole today. I think it was a misinterpreted story. I even asked the CEO (Wellmade StarM) about it and he said it wasn't true."
This naturally led to the question of whether she hoped to pursue music activities again, to which Hwayoung shared, "I am just starting to receive training to become an actress. So far, I have no thoughts of returning as a singer... As of right now, I just want to do my very best no matter how small the role. Especially since I'm of an idol background, I'm practicing hard so that I don't hear comments that say I can't act."
I am so rooting for this girl, I wish her nothing but the best.

They never claimed innocence? They said she wasn't bullied (so did Hwayoung herself) and although they had their arguments and were fighting at the time of her departure, no one had any idea she would be kicked out. In fact the stories of the girls and Hwayoung are the same, it's only CCM's press statements that don't add up.
I'm not seeing the shade either by saying she'll see them at the top doesn't it infer she hopes for them both to rise again? It seems both parties have moved on from it, it's 2014, too bad everyone else still insists on pitting these women against each other! I thought what she said was really sweet.
It's annoying supporting both Hwayoung and T-ara and seeing so much sh*t flinging from fans on both sides 24/7!
I really need new albums from kings Dynamic Duo,Zion.T, and Beenzino this year!
I feel like I read a rumor a few weeks ago that Beenzino is enlisting this year! Not sure if there was anything to it but his time is coming either way since he's an '87er. Hopefully he'll put out an album first!
