Fijacion Oral 1 = 4 million. A lot for a spanish album and if im not mistaken its the best selling spanish album of the millenium.
Oral Fixation 2 = 8 million copies, not a flop at all
She Wolf = 2 million, underperformance but because her managment was a mess(the album was released 3 months late in the US which was supposed to be the main market for the album).
Sale El Sol = 4 million, not a flop at all
OMG those inflated Wikpedia receipts! You guys inflate more than the Usher stans! Sale El Sol sold 850K in 2010 according to MediaTraffic and didn't even make the year-end countdown in 2011 which means it sold less than 1.1 million. That doesn't even add up to half of 4 million. Did she sell the rest of those 2 million in second world countries in South America lol? I won't even bother with the rest.

Your faves sales are more accurate because their albums are in english and the countries mediatraffic counts are their main demo. How can you trust MT when they don't count most of Shakira's demographic, its a spanish album after all! The fact that it sold 500k in France alone speaks for itself.
Matthew Mcconaughey (awesome name) is a prime example what can happen if you remove yourself from the crappy KatHeigl~esque films and branch out into more emotive, thought~driven projects. That being said, True Detective is already one of my favourite shows ever and it's only been two episodes.
More "big~money" film stars should be looking to TV/Netflix for quality roles since it gives your cv incredible depth and makes you much more marketable.
