Besides, they can get that support system from an aunt, a grandma or any female relative. There are kids that grow up without their mom because she dies, left or any other reason and turn out just fine. And a man can have more sensibility than a woman. A good parent is all a kid needs.

Plenty of straight families don't have a mother figure, and they turn out perfectly fine. Womanly stuff like what periods? I'm sure he has an aunt, or mom that can help with that. Plenty of families grow up without a father/mother and that doesn't mean it isn't a bad environment.

Swift and accurate responses. I don't know why bigots act like a child being raised without a father/mother is a unique problem presented by same sex relationships. MILLIONS of straight parents deal with this same dilemma, without
even having the support from a spouse that a same-sex couple would. If a gay couple not having a man + woman is reason enough for them not to be allowed to have children, wouldn't it logically follow that would should take all kids away from single parent households?

Would that be better for the children
