This sometimes happens with breakout smashes. Songs like Blurred Lines, Call Me Maybe, and We Are Young had early excellent digital starts, and radio quickly jumped aboard.
Say Something, as a recent example, has shown great staying power just through the exposure of radio for the past month or so. People kept saying that it would free fall after The Voice and the performances, but the song is clearly being well received by radio listeners and the remainder of the GP.

It's definitely interesting to see this happen!

Will Happy or The Man decrease enough to fall out of the top ten?
My strategic plan for Burn is for it to pass CRTFY, The Man, Happy, Story of My Life, and Turn Down for What.

Happy will probably fall out and rebound later.
The Man will probably dip to 9 or 10 by the weekend, and resurge again during the NFL playoffs.

That sounds likely! It's amazing what these commercials can do though.

What about Let Her Go? Will that just hover around #9? I still don't get how it's selling so much. It's pretty much reached its peak on pop radio and alternative listeners have known about it for months.

Let Her Go's sucess was unexpected, actually. It was a surprise, one of those songs people start to discover and push it up

Let Her Go will probably have Ho Hey-type longevity in terms of digital sales. I can see it easily crossing 4 million when it's all said and done. The song has the benefit of being a multi-format smash, and that'll sustain its ongoing longevity.

My guess is that DIL is between the 250-300K range. It could be slightly more.
