i used to not like djws and i didnt like a lot of his songs on btw so when i saw he was on ARTPOP i was so disappointed but then i heard Do What U Want and omgggggg best song on the album completely changed my opinion of him

Okay. So we know that Gaga and Garibay (or at least he strongly hinted) that they worked together in 2012 for the album she was working on before she decided ARTPOP. And that RedOne came back to help her write the future worldwide smash Gypsy.

Hopefully this is a sign that she has not moved on completely from her two best producers. Perhaps she needed a break?

That's the general consensus of this thread right now... DJWS can do an album track or two. RedOne needs to headline this record.

I thoroughly enjoy Artpop but Act II needs to be different since the GP wasn't here for Act I.

Although, I do feel like the main reason Artpop has been underperforming isn't because of the album itself (pretty much everyone I ask, casual pop music listeners, love DWUW and loved Applause), but the messy way its been handled. Whenever the next era starts, they need to have a plan and stick to it. No last minute changes, rush releases, delays, etc. Also, it would be great if she had a solid manager to take over, some actual directors directing the videos, and some solid, rehearsed performances.
