I adore Shaki, but the Rihanna parts really don't go with this song. A Beautiful Liar sized disappointment as far as collabs go, but not awful if it was just a Shakira song.

I like the song actually but Rihanna was unnessasary so it ruins the song for me. And I don't think this song will get her a hit. I would have preferred truth or dare. It sounded so much better.

I heard this twice on the radio in a hour by the same station. It's definitely growing on me and I think it'll take time for it to grow on others. I mean, most Rihanna songs tend to be growers and then SMASH in the end.

I think this song was perfect as a lead single even though TOD remains superior. It can always be the second single but I'm starting to wonder if Shakira scrapped it. She has a deadline until the end of the month to finish the album, but she's still not done and she says she has a new song in mind that she wants to write. We might never get TOD.
CRTFY is definitely a grower, it could end up on top 5. It's totally fine for me.

yea artists are inspired by other artists all the time
plus while I think it has aspects of both LOOH and ND, the islandy flavour is unique
