I've been a Shakira fan since 96', and she still had the power to amaze me everytime with her new material. Yeah it's not a dance song but who gives a tiny rats a**. She's livin up to the statement she gave that she was gonna step out of her hip shaker stereotype, I mean when will your fave cover AC/DC OR Metallica? SHAKI is rock chick at heart. And Rihanna added the right amount of ganja to this.

I was a bit nervous about Rih, her 2013 #1. It didn't come until the last month in the year, but yet it still came. Imagine if this hits #1 in the first month of 2014, anything else after that will just be icing on her Royal cake.
Thankfully Rih technically already has her 2014 #1 with The Monster so we can be worry-free the rest of the year. I'm still pressed over 2009 ruining her legacy of a #1 every year. At least she's 5 for 5 this decade.

just got home from work and purchased it. i had such high hopes for it and i do like the song, but i also feel like so much more could have been done and feels rather lackluster and bland in the end. rihanna didn't really add much for me either. hopefully it will grow on me soon.
