Donatella is a great song but if it's not done through a mash up I think it will be played during a wardrobe change like they did with Boys Boys Boys at the Monster Ball.

The studio vocals are real, you can listen her struggling towards the end. But nothing that some backing vocals and quick breathe by the middle can't solve.
