The problem is that she already promoted it a few times on TV before the video came out so there's less place to promote it. They should have went the other way around. Promote it after the video comes out.
I think she should send this over to Top 40 radio and see what happens with it. I'm sure Z100 would play something like this, since Say Something is so popular. Jar of Hearts could have been a number one hit on the hot 100 if her label had taken advantage of the popularity and sent the record to a top 40 format. Nevertheless, I feel like Human will do well on Adult Contemporary radio.
