First off, she would be getting dropped from Kemosabe, not RCA. After Kemosabe drops her, RCA can keep her and hook her up with one of their teams, or they can both drop her all together.
Second of all, shes a household name now because she has a established fanbase. Most artists that get dropped that already had previous successful eras / efforts and are proven to still be able to snatch or make hits usually get snatched up and re-invented for a re-launch or a comeback of some sort. Artists of that magnitude especially since K$ has a WW fanbase are usually set for constant incoming contracts, so getting dropped probably isn't a worry.
K$ will probably be snatched or have contracts lined up with her once the word gets round in the music industry that she is leaving Kemosabe Records / dropped. I am just hoping it's a label with a good balance of authority, but yet gives her the creative control she deserves.

Her staying with RCA makes sense. However I genuinely have a hard time believing she'll be transferred somewhere that will keep her at the level of exposure shes at now. I'm not saying all of this to be a dick although im sure some of you will take it that way, im just being honest, she has
some fans and to a minimal extent she is a household name however (as much as im against stupid pop hierarchies ill refer to it to make a point) shes on like one of the lowest ranks in terms of popularity, intrigue, etc. I think she'd fall off if she were to be dropped.
Fans are great but when it comes to pop music they're not loyal no matter how much they act like they are. They're the
most fickle consumers. No doubt she'll always probably have a place of interest for most of you but I highly doubt most of you will
stay interested. If she were to have her creativity but not a grand platform im sure most of you would check it out in passing glance and that would be that. She'd just end up on one of those 'where are they now' shows. Which for her personally she'd probably be more than down for, but I feel as though a lot of you romanticize what she'll be without her supposed label restraints and I imagine most of you think she'll be some under the radar critically approved alternative artist and I don't see that happening at all unless Wayne Coyne takes her under his wing. Because if he does? She's good.
