We do FREE computer virus scans. What we really do is implant a virus on to the computer to make you pay for services.

Even though I work in the technology department I never take part in any of that.

Just kidding, but anyone that hands me an application, I put it in the applicant hire folder. I don't discriminate.

It's also sad to see people who's applications have been dumped, constantly come back in the store to see what is up, meanwhile all their information is long gone.

I do that too because I don't want to work with ****** people

Me and my co-workers used to do this too but our grocery store changed its policy and now we have to write up a not-on-file sheet for evey item that doesn't scan properly. They keep track of how many not-on-files we have too.

At 10:00 Kroger closes one of the vestibules off to customers, (I can still go in as I am putting carts back in the store) Every time I put carts back in that vestibule, a customer sees me through the windows, and immediately parks in the next row.The look on some of their faces when I point to the other door

where i used to work we were told from bosses to still serve the hot dogs that expired in 2009. and i worked with this middle aged woman who was hilarious but such an evil bitch tbh. she basically ran the one food building but wasnt a manager. and the things we did along with other co workers tbh. once filled a customer's soda cup with pure cola syrup and just a little bit of seltzer and just watched the customers drink the soda and make a horribly sour face, then act sympathetic once they came back to tell us what was wrong lol. and this woman would drag some customers so bad.

btw this thread has me beyond paranoid and insecure now, especially to apply to a new job. most of yall arent right for being so unnecessarily rude to other people. i guess youre dealing with some inner problems

I asked if there was a way to know if my application went through. But some fat bald guy behind the register said that he had no way of knowing how. So I said, "Well. Thank you anyways. I'm just a little unsure. I didn't know. Thank you for your time." Then, as I was exiting through the door, he turned around to his coworkers and cried in a high-pitched whiny voice: "I DIDNT KNOOOOW" which pissed me off because I sounded nothing like that

But whatever. I wouldnt want to work in a place where people make fun/embarrass their customers like that anyways.

Target has facial recognition in the security cameras, so like we know when certain people come in that we know are shoplifters, and it gives you coupons based on what you've bought in the past when you use the same card often. Exciting, right?

well im always nice and say thank u to workers. i worked in food at an amusement park so i know what its like to deal with rude people etc (even tho i feel ive been rude at times , i really just hated my job tbh). but there is always those few people out there who feel the need to be mean to others who have done nothing.
