It would make a lot of sense to me. I would be glad that she went out on a high-note and was able to create a musical project that meant a lot to her. I would also make sure to see her in concert before it was too late.

She keeps hinting at retiring

Part 5 had got me thinking the same thing..

Well...I just do i suppose lol. She's only 32...she's gonna be craving to make more music.

But she will do so when she's ready and inspired. She won't do it for the sake of doing one.

EDIT: Plus I don't see her stopping while Jay Z hasn't retired yet.

I think she may take a longer break to have another kid or two, but I don't think she'll retire early.

I remember she claimed as a teenager she would retire at 30 and then laughed at it when she turned 30 during the 4 era. I think she loves making music and performing too much. Her passion for it and extreme drive is largely the reason why she's doing so much better than her late 90s peers.

I would be a mess tbh. I need at least 8 more albums from Ha. But if she wants to retire to take care of Blue I don't mind. I would be happy for her.

I'd be sad, but know that this album is a great way to end it all off. But I also wouldn't be too surprised because I know that she loves ha time off and she has had a great, long career.

The beatles retired at their peak and look what all the people think about them now. Music legends and legends in general. If Beyoncé does that, that would be such a very, very smart move. I'll be sad though cause I want her to release as many albums as she can cause her music is dope af

I would break into the Parkwood Entertainment building and leak every single song she recorded for IASF, 4 and Beyonce, there are at least 70-80 unreleased songs for each album

2015 is coming. Hopefully Destiny's Child does a 10-year disbandment reunion tour. And honestly I'd cry for years. I wouldn't be able to listen to her music anymore.

I've been thinking this for the longest, but with a full album. It would also be a great way to ease into motherhood/legendhood and not releasing as frequently. She could give us a DC album in 2015, maybe another alberm in 2-3 years, then 3-4, etc. at people thinking she has to formally retire, like she's a professional athlete or something. My other faves are/were releasing albums in their mid 40s, the only way she'd have to be done making music indefinitely is a way I am NAWT here for

She's been a performer for 15 years! Any artist nowadays would beg for a career that long. I wouldn't mind if she stayed 5-10 more years later… she probably never wants to retire anyway...
