Yup. Gaga's success awakened a lot of these stars. Rihanna's earnings have grown tremendously over the past few years, and she's obviously a touring force now, even if it's not at the same level as a Beyonce or a peak Gaga.

It's not a reach and talent/acclaim are not that needed for legend status esp. these days. Britney and Madonna are seen as pop legends and have some tell it neither can sing nor dance....

Again, it's just my opinion Rih will become a legend solely due to her digital sales breaking records. If she keeps going at the rate she is, it's inevitable tbh.
