I actually do agree with your Gaga highlights, I like/love all those songs. Maybe I should've said that Katy's singles discography is slaying Gaga's.
Regardless, my main point is that Katy is following the same path Rihanna did. Eventually she's gonna have such a strong singles collection that it'll be hard to truly discredit her as terrible.
Rihanna's singles catalog is literally the best besides Madonna IMO. I would've never imagined that in 2009. Ever. But it's undeniable at this point. EDIT: I should say 'among the pop girls'.
