I'd love that (most of Gaga's best appearances, outfits, interviews, performances are from Japan), but sadly it's not true.
Gaga's still big everywhere around the world. Perhaps not as big as Katy Perry, but the era isn't over yet. She still has the smash hit ARTPOP ready.
