Regardless, you still need singles to bring in the GP and continue to have longevity of the relis. Everyone dedicated and devoted has already bought the album, more or less. Now you have to get the neutral and buying public to continue to buy it.
~1M of sells is nothing to sit back and rest on. If the album never sold another copy, it would be a flop.
But keep thinking that you don't need or don't care about singles doing well.
She tried and miserably failed to win the GP back. Today kind of sealed the deal.
