well single success with this album wasn't guaranteed when she made all songs "Album Only" and waited so long to put them individually on Itunes. A rebound is possible but considering that each person that buys the album can't buy the singles that kinda throws off any single success and I'm sure most casual fans went ahead and bought the album Instead.

Bey has never really been about Singles, and Top 10 because she doesn't need that to carry an album and all the fans at her concerts know the words so I don't think single success is truly important to her at this point.
